Joe Hawkins
Joe is a third generation pastor born and raised in Peoria, Illinois. Oasis is the third church plant that Joe has been involved in. He started in ministry 30 years ago. His heart is to passionately serve Jesus by serving others. He desires to see the people of God raised up and launched forth into their destiny and anointing to walk in supernatural ministry. He and Angela have been married for 38 years.

Angela Hawkins
Angela is a born and bred Tennessee girl. Her passion is to declare the goodness of God, to reveal the passion of the bridegroom, to destroy yokes of bondage, and to see the younger generation functioning right alongside the mothers and fathers of the faith. She and Joe have a deep passion to see revival unleashed upon the earth, beginning in Central Illinois. Angela is also the author of, “Underneath the Shadow: Experiencing the Depths of Jesus Christ.”
Oasis Kids Dept:
Alicia Hanly
Alicia Hanly is a passionate lover of kids of all ages. She is a true extrovert at heart, but that doesn’t stop her from loving a good book and quiet nook. Alicia was an intern at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO with the Fire in the Night program, where she worked directly with the Children’s Equipping Center. She brings a wealth of knowledge in leading the children in how to live as true kingdom kids - who know how to pray, prophesy, heal the sick and worship the Lord as a lifestyle.
Alicia is married to Adam Hanly - a rockstar photographer and they have a four year old daughter.
Youth and Young Adult Dept:
Steven and Kate Gingrich
Steven was born in central Illinois and was raised in a spirit filled home and church. Being exposed at a young age to the presence of God in youth revival meetings, he developed a passion for the presence of the Holy Spirit and for the things of God. His hope for Oasis youth is to be able to foster an environment where they can encounter His Presence and be equipped to step into their kingdom calling.
Kate was born and raised in Peoria, IL. She grew up attending church where her mom was the organist and dad was the choir director. Kate has always had a heart for the younger generation and guiding them with the love of Jesus. She started babysitting in her teens and since then, has worked at camps, volunteered at vacation bible schools and with youth groups, and studied and taught elementary school for over 10 years.
Kate married Steven in 2011 and have three of the coolest children on the planet. Their hope for their own children and the youth at our church is that they will fall passionately in love with the Lord and be able to walk and speak boldly in their faith. They long to instill structure and discipline in the lives of the next generation that allows them to hear the voice of the Lord and be able to obey with confidence.

Bob and Harriet See
Bob graduated from Seattle's Lutheran Bible Institute and from Seattle Pacific University with a MCM in Cross Cultural Communication. Bob spent 11 years in Japan, working with Christian churches, and 25 years in pastoral ministry in the Peoria area.
Harriet graduated with a Business Administration degree from Azusa Pacific University where she learned about cross-cultural missions. Upon graduating, she wen tto Tokyo, Japan as a missionary, and met her husband Bob. They then married and returned to Japan for ten years, working with Japanese churches. Music has always been a big part of Harriet's life as she has been a piano teacher and served on many worship teams. Bob and Harriet have been married to his wife Harriet for 41 years. They have two married sons, one completing law school after 11 years in the military and one serving as a police officer.
